What is a virtual office?

A virtual office gives your business a professional address without renting physical space. Use it on your website, invoices and business cards, register your company there, and we handle your mail - you work from anywhere.

Can I use this address if my company is registered abroad?

Yes. Plenty of our clients run non-UK companies that need a UK presence for customers, marketplaces or payment providers. If you also want to register a UK limited company at the address, choose the Registered Office plan.

Can I register my limited company at your address?

Yes - our Complete plan includes use of our address as your registered office with Companies House, plus a director's service address to keep your home address off the public record.

Is this an actual London address?

It is a London-area address on the Greater London border. We deliberately do not claim a central London postcode we do not have — you get a credible, professional address with a real person receiving your post, and we tell you the exact postcode before you pay.

What happens when mail arrives for me?

Every item is logged the day it arrives and you're notified by email. Depending on your plan we hold it for free collection, scan it to your inbox the same day, or forward it to any UK address.

I do not live in the UK. Can I still sign up?

Yes. Identity checks are completed online with documents from your own country — a passport plus a recent utility bill or bank statement. Most accounts are approved within one working day.

How quickly is post scanned?

Anything that arrives before 3pm on a working day is opened, scanned and in your inbox the same day on the Address + Scanning and Registered Office plans.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Monthly plans roll month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans save you two months.

Can you forward post outside the UK?

Yes, to any country. Forwarding is charged at the carrier rate plus 15% handling, and you approve each item before it goes.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, switch plans at any time from your account and we'll pro-rate the difference.

What do you need from me to get started?
